2013 World Wheelchair Curling Championship - Playoffs are set




The playoffs at the 2013 World Wheelchair Curling Championship have been set.

Tiebreakers

#1 Thursday, February 21 - Result
Russia (Smirnov) defeated Scotland (Neilson) 7 - 5. Russia advanced to Tie-Breaker #2

#2 Friday, February 22
China (Wang) plays  Russia (Smirnov). The winner advances to 3vs4 Page Playoff. The loser is out.


Page Playoff - Friday, February 22
1vs2 Canada (Armstrong) plays Sweden (Jungnell). The winner advances to the Gold Medal Game. The loser advances to the Semi-Final.

3vs4 United States (McDonald) plays the winner of Tie-Breaker #2. The winner advances to the Semi-Final  The loser advances to the Bronze Medal Game.


Semifinal - Friday, February 22
The loser of the 1vs2 Page Playoff plays the winner of the 3vs4 Page Playoff. The winner advances to the Gold Medal Game. The loser advances to the Bronze Medal Game.

Bronze Medal Game - Saturday, February 23
The loser of the 3vs4 Page Playoff Game plays the loser of the Semi-Final.

Gold Medal Game - Saturday, February 23
The winner of the 1vs2 Page Playoff game plays the winner of the Semi-Final game.
